Privacy policy

Last updated 22 October 2026. This is a plain-English summary of how we handle your information, not legal advice.

ReviewReply4U is run by a sole trader (ABN 41 362 362 252) in Australia. As a small business with turnover under A$3 million, we're not currently required to follow the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988, but we choose to follow them voluntarily.

What we collect

When you request a free audit we collect your practice or business name, business type, suburb or city, Google listing link, email address and any message you choose to send. We also look at your public Google reviews and rating, and those of nearby businesses, to prepare the audit.

Why we collect it

To prepare and email your free review audit, and to reply to you about our service. We don't use it for anything else.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored by Netlify, our website host, and sent to our email inbox. These services may store data overseas, including in the United States.

We don't sell it

We never sell, rent or trade your information. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers above, which we need to run the website and email.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests for up to 12 months if you don't become a client, then delete them. Client details are kept while you're a client and for up to 12 months after you cancel, unless the law requires us to keep records longer.

Emails from us

If we email you about our service, every email says who we are and how to opt out. Reply "stop" and we won't email you again.

Clients and Google Business Profile access

If you become a client and add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile, we use that access only to reply to public Google reviews. In our current Reply plan we never access or use patient, client or customer records. You can remove our access from your Google Business Profile at any time.

Access, correction and complaints

To see or correct the information we hold about you, or to make a privacy complaint, email reviewreply4u@outlook.com. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
